This library is based on talloc version 2.0.1 obtained from:
  http://samba.org/ftp/talloc/talloc-2.0.1.tar.gz

A few changes were made to the source to rip out unnecessary
dependencies on libreplace and to accommodate MinGW cross-compiling.
